In preparation for a major promotional campaign, our client sought to enhance their checkout experience by integrating “Click to Pay,” a new, seamless online payment solution introduced by major card schemes like VISA. Tasked with a tight timeline, evolving specifications, and a need for constant coordination between VISA and the client, we navigated complex requirements to deliver an intuitive and secure payment feature. Through strategic planning, proactive communication, and agile adaptation, we successfully launched Click to Pay, supporting the client’s campaign goals and elevating the user experience.
